I’ve worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands delivering keynotes, retreats and workplace programs that help busy professionals find calm and balance at work through the practice of mindfulness.
Across my 25 year corporate career in professional services, associations and government I have seen a lot of unhappy workplaces and even more unsuccessful wellbeing programs. It’s my mission to provide simple, practical and effective tools that make people happier and healthier at work.
